Developed by our breeders in 1996. A very fine Skunk selection, very commercial, very heavy bloom, bumper harvest, the famous Skunk high, taste is not so sweet as our other Skunk selections. One of our favorites, also for greenhouse.

EUPHORIA REPORT
Some Seeds Banks say that this strain has a meagre THC of 11.6%, but Dutch Passion are claiming a whopping THC of 18%, so I wanted to find out who was right
I soaked 4 of these seeds for 24 hours in PH 7 Tap water and put in a warm dark place.
I then placed the seeds into potting compost in see through plastic drinking cups.
They were slightly slow to germinate taking about 5 days to appear, but once they did appear they grew quite nicely, under florescent lights and started to smell kind of like sweet candy and spicy from about 3-4 weeks of vegetative growth.
I put into flowering at 12 inches tall (Took about 6 weeks in Vegetation) and they showed sex after about 10 days and I had one female.
It tripled in height during flowering and finished about 3 feet tall.
Smell throughout flowering was extremely delicious. Not Skunky at all, but sweet, candy like, spicy which you could eat quite happily and made me feel like a was in a sweet making factory. Odour during flowering was not a huge problem with my one plant, but could have been an issue with more plants. Yes it does smell, but it is a very pleasant smell, like some of those womens perfumes like Poison by Christian Dior and makes you think about beautiful girls; not overpowering at all, but strong enough to notice it. Anyone familiar to growing will know what the smell is straight away and some odor control is necessary but not loads. You could spend ages sniffing the buds with this strain as it smells absolutely fantastic, similar smelling to DPs Blueberry. In fact I had some Blueberry growing along side the Euphoria and it was very hard to decide which one smelled better. Could this be a hint that Euphoria has THC level similar to Blueberry then?
..time will tell.
Flowering took a massive 9 weeks which is 2 more weeks than DP advertise, but this might be down to the high temperatures in my flowering room (85-90F), and I also had some dodgy compost which a gardener friend gave to me which had fungus and mushrooms growing in it, and had very poor drainage qualities, which made watering a problem.
Enough of the negative points; now come the positive bits:-
Nice looking healthy plant, excellent smell, huge, massive buds! Yes, this strain is high yielding and I had to stake the plant half way through flowering as the weight made the plant almost bend over in half.
I did not top this plant, and the main cola was about 6 cm wide and about 24 cm long! That is huge and you just have got to see it to believe it. I was extremely happy about the yield of this plant and imagine it would be a good SOG strain.
You can see lots of frosty THC crystals all over the buds and it looks wicked. Touching the buds makes your fingers very sticky.
I harvested at 9 weeks and trimming the leaves was very easy except that my scissors kept sticking together with all the resin! Not much waste here, just lots of buds, a few leaves and the rest stalks. It took me 15 minutes at the most to trim this plant.
I dried the buds in a cardboard box with buds hanging upside down on pieces of string for a week before placing in glass mason jars for a further two weeks cure.
SMOKE REPORT
The moment you open the jar, a fantastic sickly sweet candy/spicy like smell fills your nostrils! One of the best smelling varieties ever and makes a magical change to the skunk smell I was expecting. It smells nothing like skunk at all, but I am not complaining as this makes a brilliant change for me.
Took out a nice sized bud and grinded it into small pieces. Extremely sticky to touch leaving fingers stuck together and full of dark coloured resin. Placed into my Blue Meanie Vaporiser and waited for a couple of minutes for it to heat up and release the vapour

It takes about 10 minutes for anything to happen, but when it does, you soon start to get a wide grin on your face. I took a second vaporiser bowl full and after that I started to lose all track of reality. I just could not concentrate on anything at all, and I was totally spaced out for about 2 hours. I had to lie down and I listened to some music and I could hear every single instrument and ever note played clearly and vividly. It was as if I suddenly had Bionic Hearing or something. It made listening to music a real pleasure. During this time I did not know if I wanted to laugh or cry and it was kind of like a mild magic mushroom trip I once had. After about 2 hours the effects started to wear off, but by this time it was late at night and I decided to call it a night and retire.
Overall I am well pleased with this strain. I do not think it is as potent as the Blueberry but it finishes earlier and comes close and it certainly knocks the spots off the Skunk #1 I grew a few months ago!
I have kept a nice mother.
