Out of ten seeds, six sprouted and three turned out to be female. It is an easy plant to grow, but will react to too much or little nutrients. I had them in veg for about six weeks. Two were two feet tall when I was ready to flower them. One grew so short and bushy; it was only one foot tall when ready for 12/12. After a nute lockout problem, (too much chicken manure added to the soil) I recovered them with a repotting and a treatment with chelated iron. I put them in five-gallon pots, but two of them probably would have done OK in three-gallon pots.
In 12/12, they really did not stretch a lot. The short one stayed short and bushy throughout its entire life. They all seemed to have the Indica phenotype.
The three were harvested at day 53, 55 and 59. This is how long it took the trichomes to go MILKY.
I hung them out to dry in a closet with 30 to 40 percent humidity. In about a week, I put them in glass jars -opening them once a day for 4 weeks or so.
It tastes piney and minty.
The high is up, but has a little relaxing "couchlock" added. I use cannabis for depression and Armageddon 47 is great for that. This strain (and others) have allowed me to dump all prescription meds.
I contacted homegrown Fantaseeds to ask the genetic story. They said it is a hybrid of AK/47 and four Sativas from India and other parts of Asia.
I bought these seeds 2003 from seeds direct (10 seeds in pack, breeders pack was a reseal able plastic baggie with a homegrown fantaseeds card inside it). The first time i grew the strain was in a microgrow (100 watt HPS) about 2 years ago. At that time 4/5 seeds germed, 2/4 were female, harvested...continued
