I hastily chose a clone from 5 seeds that I picked up via Heaven's Stairway. I know my clone doesn't reflect that best that this cross can be. Yield can be improved. Had I taken my time and found a better clone out of 20 seeds I know the genetics are there to produce some real monsters in the garden. I feel my clone is an average producer for this cross.
Potency is grade A. Better than most weed. However I normally harvested a week before full maturity (harvested at day 50 instead of 56-58). One harvest I ran until it was ready. Trichomes full. It blew everybody by surprise. That last week really adds the punch. So although I rate it as an A, if done right it could get an A+ (A++ is tops).
Flowers are dense and tight and bulbous in nature. Looks amazing in a bag. True nuggets. Yield is significantly improved over C99 F2 (Nirvana). Smell is tamer than AK47. The grow space is not overwhelmed with odor as a true AK grow has the potential to do. Sturdy plant that really an ease to grow. Hardy and resilient to stress. Defiantly performs better than many sativas out there as far as stress is concerned. I manipulated the flowering light cycle on a recent grow as an experiment (out 5 grows with this clone) and the plant did not hermie on 14/10 flowering after day 20 of flowering (It was an experiment, not the normal routine).
I plan on sticking w/ this cross as my commercial plant due to the low key odor. However I will be selecting a better mother plant after this next harvest from 20 to 30 seeds this time. I expect to find a mother that yields 25-35% more than what my garden is currently producing.
