| Grew these two Bubblegum plants indoors from seed. I had two different phenos present themselves. One leaned to the Sativa side, the other to the Indica side. The Sativa leaning pheno smelled of the famed grape bubblegum while the Indica pheno simply smelled very sweet but not exactly "grapey".
The Indica stayed nice and short, about 36" at end of flower. The Sativa had to be tied down because it was stretching a bit, if not tied it looks like it would have been about 9" taller than the Indica.
In terms of potency, the Sativa leaning pheno blows the Indica away, and the Indica is in no way wimpy. Just that the Sativa is THAT much better. I let the Sativa go longer so that has alot to do with it.
The Sativa went 60 days and the Indica went 49 days in flower. (Counting from onset of flower, not from switch of the lights).
Overall, I give the strain my highest recommendation (coming from a newbie so take it for what it is, just an opinion). I will definately make room for this strain in my garden in the future after I have a chance to grow out a few more strains.
Garden Information for this report Flowering was done using Foxfarm Bigbloom and Alaska Mor-Bloom. Lighting was initially two 150w HPS lights but about a week into flowering I purchased and switched to a 1000w Hortilux HPS. Yield was about 2oz each plant, would likely have been more if this weren't my first grow and I hadn't made a few mistakes. |
