| Overall good, classic strain.
Skunk #1 was very easy to grow. I had virtually no problems. She ate whatever I fed her. She was resistant to pests and she was definately resistant to mould. During the last week of flowering it had rained a few days in a row with very low sunlight. But she was a champion, not a trace of mould could be spotted.
This plant was flowered from seed. Yes thats right....no veg time. It was flowered for 51 days, but could have gone longer if I wanted a more couchy/narcotic-like buzz. It was harvested with mostly cloudy trichomes.
My Skunk #1 was topdressed with homemade kidney bean ash (high in Phosphorus) and regular ole dirt from the earth in early and mid flowering. Next time I'll be sure to find organic ferts before I grow the plants so that I can really see the potential of Skunk #1. Coke can sized nugs are definately achievable with this strain in my opinion.
The only thing I don't like is the spacing between nodes. Skunk #1 tends to be a tad stretchy....could be a slight problem for indoor micro growers. But with proper techniques I'm sure one could manage.
Overall, like I had previously stated...It's a good classic strain to have and smoke. Who smokes marijuana that hasn't heard of Skunk #1??? No one. I would recommend this strain to anyone and I think Sensi Seeds Co. does have something to be proud of with their Skunk #1.
