Germed 5 seeds. I got 3 females and two males; the males were discarded. The three females grew well in veg; they all had very wide dark green leaves and liked the nutes. I never had any signs of over fert or burn at all. I grew them out to 18 inches and toped them then veged untill apox. 24 inches and flowered.
In flower all three phenos displayed slightly different characteristics but you could tell they were from the same strain. I imagine this is because they're f2s.
Pheno #1. This plant went banannas literaly. It was slow to flower compared to her sisters and had a bland smell, no smell really, not sweet or diesel or anything, just a bland green smell that was not very exciting at all. It finished in 66 days and yielded moderate sized buds that were kind of airy and not very impressive IMO. This pheno showed banannas from from week two and I had no light leeks at all. I only smoked one bowl and sold the rest. No real taste but it did get you stoned.
Pheno #2. This plant was a little better. It had a nice coat of resin on it's tight leafy buds. It flowered for 52 days and yeilded ok. The smell was of sweet diesel and the taste was about the same. High was moderatly couchlock. Over all not very impressive either.
Pheno #3. This was the best of the bunch. This was the most vigorous plant of them all in veg and lived up to its potential in bloom. It was the fastest flowering Bubbleberry that I had. I cut her at 49 days although I have let it go to 55 and had it plump up a little more. This was the blueberry pheno; it had a very nice sweet blueberry/citrus smell with a hint of diesel. The taste was also very nice and sweet. When you take a hit of your J it leaves a very nice sweet blueberry taste on the back of your tongue. This was a great utility smoke for me. It was not too potent but it did get your attention quick. The high is a very nice indica/sativa cross, very mellow and easy. The resin production was good but not out of this world, which is what I look for in a keeper.
Over all I am not greatly impressed with the Bubbleberry. It is a solid strain and I think there could be some real gems in there if you looked hard, but I won't be growing any of the phenos again.
The pics are all from Pheno #3 as I didn't have a digi cam when I was flowering #1 & #2.
BTW I have had nothing but the best of luck with Spice Brothers seeds up to this strain and this report should only reflect this one strain and my experience.
