| Lifesaver – now here’s a great couchlock Indica! Best not to sit down if you want to remain awake – this is seriously relaxing sleep-inducing weed! It’s pretty much all body high, mentally the effect is just one of untroubled calm, very nice. Medicinally, the Lifesaver does help with pain to some extent, definitely worth smoking if you’re hurting and don’t have anything important planned.
The Lifesavers were uncomplicated to grow, perfect beginners plant. Certainly the easiest to grow strain I’ve encountered. The Lifesaver girls were cheerful, easygoing ladies who required nothing but an occasional watering and a nice big pot. They were grown in Sam’s Choice Continuous Feeding Soil, and the nutrients already in the soil were enough to get the girls through start to finish with nothing else added but water.
The two Lifesavers yielded almost identically to each other and combined weighed 2.3 oz, an ok yield, nothing exceptional. Smell was minimal – good little stealth plant. Both were very pretty and healthy looking plants. One plant had more sativa characteristics than the other, growing faster and taller, and with narrower leaves. I didn’t really notice a difference in highs though.
Garden Information for this report Vegged under 195 watts of fluorescent and flowered under a total of 400 watts of HPS. The two Lifesavers were grown with three other plants, 5 plants in a 5 sq ft closet. One Lifesaver was ready at 54 days, the other was harvested at 61 days. No fertilizers were added beyond the Sams Choice soil. |
