Plant size and formation ...500-600 mm high, about the same in width.. large leaves (one resembled more indica) very long stems on the leaves , keeping them from covering any bud sites , very fast grower , fills out to very well shaped plant with many bud sites and medium to large buds
Yield... Very good, 135 grams dry on the best yielding plant of the 4 females I grew; the lowest was just less than 100 grams...
Maturing time... (Outdoors) From seed to harvest total of around 77 days , a few took about 10 days more, she grew very quickly and showed sex in the first few weeks , I was impressed to see that it had the vigor to still form a good size plant , actual flowering days were hard to count , but were noticeably quick ..
Bud size and form… ... Nice tight bud formation, dark golden/green in colour, very frosty...Were up to 3 inches in diameter on first plant harvested, slightly larger on the plant with the looser buds .. Uniformity.. Out of 4 females they were all slightly different, wasn’t a bother due to the high quality and pleasant smells they all exhibited.. 2 were similar in look and smell , with slight variations , and the other 2 were quite different to all , a sweeter , slightly looser bud (probably the best yielder but suffered mould ) , one of the sweeter plants seemed to more resemble an indica in leaf shape and bud form , had a very bubble gummy smell ..
Smell and taste ... Pleasant "skunky smell”, taste was very similar to super skunk i recently harvested, quite bitey with a strong aftertaste ...an elusive perfumy taste ...
Stoned.. strong stoned , much in the head , comes on fast, can also feel it in my arms - little numb ,sort of buzzy feeling , nice ..
well that’s how she performed folks , i enjoyed the grow , the smoke was memorable , with the indica pheno being the strongest overall ,would definitely try again , a great performer .. ... Total yield from the 4 plants was 415 grams thereabouts, will keep the wolf from the door for a few weeks id say...
grown outdoors in rich volcanice soil .. only organic fertalisers were used , mainly chicken manure , and seaweed , fish liquid fertalisers , plenty of mulch ...

The first was was more Sativa influenced and was a harder to contain in my small flower space. Would have done much better outside. Flowers were very large but the bottom 1/4 of the flower was strechy.
The second was more Indica influenced that took *very* well t...continued

This Ice plant was the only one that survived until harvest. Planted 4 outside early Spring that were already establish for ~1 month. 2 were male, got mauled. One got munched on by rabbits.
The one that grew uninibited I named Athena because she was one beautiful bitch. Ended up finishing a...continued

I grew Ice from clone. IMO this strain was very sensitive to wind and nutes. My problems with this plant grew so big that I had to cut her down on day 31 of bloom. She still produced a lot of resin and some nice buds.
Grower Report - Sticky Resins on November 23, 2003, 1:17 pm
Ice is one of my faves. It produces so many resin glands that the plant is completely covered. The high is nice and uplifting and will not turn you into a couch potato. Ice is good to smoke before doing something active like biking or hiking. The high creeps up on you after smoking ... you might en...continued

Seedlings were vegged for about 6 weeks and then put into 12/12. In about the 4th or 5th week of Veg there was a strong odor though, so Carbon scrubbers had to be turned on at this point.
They were very easy to maintain in my DWC setup, very happy wi...continued
The Grow This is my second Ice plant grown, the first was male. It was an extremely vigorous strain. I used Sams Choice soil with a 40% mix of perlite. During veg I used Miracle Grow AP 15-30-15. She was vegged with 100 watts of CF's for 5 weeks and 13" at which point she showed female pre fl...continued

I thoroughly enjoyed this plant! I am re-growing it right now. Don't let my numbers fool you, I think I may have messed up somewhere with the hydro solution. It isn't the plant's fault, even though I wish there was no Ruderalis in the strain (causes early flowering), I wanted to veg my plant for a b...continued
Five seeds germinated out of six, in 3 days, directly in soil. They stayed for a week under 54w of fluoros and then for other three weeks under 250w of HPS. All the plants grew very fast with a lot of side branches and just one showed a bit of yellowing; they need quite a lot of nitrogen during ...continued

In veg, she showed sex (pre-flowers) at day 22. Which was great! I don’t believe that she is the nute hog like others say. I never over fed her and still there was a slight nute burn (fox farm products). During veg there was a definite fuel like smell in the grow room
This was my first grow, I only germinated one Ice seed (along with a few other seeds of other strains). It sprouted and turned out to be female (my only one actually). I cared for this plant well because she was all I had left. I was on a slight time constraint so I only vegged for a little under 4 ...continued

VEG: I started 7 plants total, and ended up with 4 females. All the plants were similar in structure. Very branch and somewhat short. I used fish emulsion once a week for veg. They smelled very skunky during veg.
Flower: Flowering these plants was easy. I used Fox Farm Big Bloom for bloom. T...continued

As i'm sitting here smoking a joint of ICE, i'm going to try and recap a bit.
Veg: I started 3 seeds, and vegged under florou's for 5 days, then moved under a 1000W MH were they were vegged for an additional 22 days. 27 days total veg.

I started these 3 plants, dubbed the ICE Girls, directly into flower from seedlings at about 6-7".
I had 4 of 6 beans show female in 5 days of 12/12. I used GH Flora nutes at 5ml/10ml/15ml per gallon. Spider mites attacked at 2 weeks, I put in a No Pest Strip and raised RH to 70%. Mites were gone...continued

First of all let me say this is the best Nirvana's strain I've grown; very good final quality and quite good stability. I started with 10 seeds bought in Amsterdam , got 4 females. One was given to a friend and now is a wonderful mother plant used to make clones. ICE is a strong, resistant and ...continued
